Due to a recent change made by Syncro, If you use IP Login restrictions, they now also apply to API’s.
You do not need to follow this guide if you do not use the syncro allow IP list.
For our Platform to connect to your syncro tenant, you’ll need to add the following IP addresses to the whitelist in Syncro.
To do this, navigate to Employes –> IP allow list in syncro and add the following IP’s
103.174.83.0/24
