Calendar view release date: 11/05/2023
We’re pleased to introduce you to the new calendar view. The calendar view is perfect for identifying gaps in your daily billing.
Items you can view the following items on the calendar view, and these items can be toggled on and off:
- Ticket Timers: Timers logged to a ticket by a tech
BLUE = Ticket Timer
BLUE w/RED OUTLINE = Ticket timer where ticket not resolved - Ticket Closed: This shows when a ticket was resolved.
RED = Closed ticket - Appointments: Shows scheduled appointments.
GREEN = Appointment
