Webhooks allow instant updates to your techrodactyl dashboards. Simply login to your syncro instance and configure the following settings in your notification centre.
Go to the notification Centre:
https://<yourtenant>.syncromsp.com/notification_rulesCreate a new notification set
Input your URL into the Webhook URL box
In the webhook column, select
- Contact – Was created
- Customer – Was created
- RMM Alert – was created
- Ticket – Status was changed
- Ticket – created (for anyone)
Be careful not to tick any additional boxes not listed above. This may have unintended consequences for your dashboard updates
